
I have been in the food and hospitality industry for a long time and have worn many hats, from wedding/event planning and sales to restaurant General Manager, to Food and Beverage Director at golf courses.
During the pandemic I found myself unemployed along with so many other people in the hospitality industry. I had made a phone call to my long-time friend, and as we were commiserating together, he said, “it’s time for you to open your own business, you’ve been working for other people for too long.” The more I thought about what my friend had said, the more I realized, he might be on to something, but I was not completely convinced.
I had worked at a couple of restaurants/event venues, and people and other hospitality vendors knew me, so I started asking them what they thought. It was their enthusiasm that I was needed in this industry that sealed the deal for me and made me open Willow Catering.
Our goal is to provide great customer service, and wonderful comfort food to make your event special. We will go the extra mile to make sure our clients are happy and satisfied and hopefully make a few more friends along the way.
